You are only ever paying for devices, never for features. A single one-off payment covers a 12-month licence — no subscription, no recurring billing. No per-user cloud billing and no upsell to unlock the good parts. Licences are for Microsoft Windows.
All 15 views, 24 column types, automations, baselines, forecasting, the document writer, PDF and MS Project export, encrypted backup and restore — and Shareable Projects, the live read-only web link you can send to a client without them installing anything. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
Buy with confidence. If MBN Projects is not right for you, email support@mbn-projects.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full and release your licence. No forms, no conditions.
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout page — they never touch this website and we never see or store them.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. Prices in GBP. A VAT invoice is issued automatically on payment.
No Machine IDs to collect, no forms to fill in. Buy your licence, paste the key into the app, and it activates online instantly. From that point the app is fully usable with no network connection — it only re-checks your licence occasionally when a connection happens to be available.
Each activation registers a Machine ID — a salted, irreversible hash of a hardware identifier — so we can count devices and free them up when you move machines. It is not your name, serial number or address, and it cannot be used to track you. See the privacy notice.

Your licence is activated online once, then cached on your device — so the app keeps working normally with no network connection. Because activation is online, we can release your devices and revoke the key cleanly when a refund is issued.
Your licence is a one-off payment covering 12 months. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored for future billing. We will email you before your term ends so you can choose whether to renew.
Not a crippled demo. Every view, all 24 column types, PDF export, dashboards and the document builder are fully usable. Two limits apply:
Unlimited items and rows. No card required, and nothing to cancel — the trial simply ends after 7 days and your data stays on your PC untouched. Enter a key at any point and everything unlocks in place.
